02 / Personally behind every solution

One partner.
The complete
technology picture.

I’m Ing. Andrej Potocký.
The person behind InCom.

I combine software development with infrastructure administration and security. This lets me see your project as a whole, from its database and application logic to networks, servers and operations.

You work directly with the person who designs and delivers your solution. Clear communication, practical decisions and a focus on what your business actually needs.

Let’s discuss your requirements

03 / How we work together

From a question
to a working solution.

Clear requirements. Direct communication.
A considered process without unnecessary complexity.

  1. 01

    First, I understand your world.

We review your needs, existing systems and expected outcome. Together, we define the problem worth solving.

  2. 02

Then, I map out the right approach.

You receive a proposed solution, scope of work and agreed terms. We choose the technology to suit your requirements.

  3. 03

I turn the plan into reality.

Development, configuration, integration and testing. You know what is happening and how the project is progressing.

  4. 04

    I stay involved after launch.

Handover and deployment can be followed by ongoing support as agreed, keeping your solution reliable over time.

04 / Good questions

What you might
want to know.

Have another question?
Let’s talk about it ↗

Can you take over an existing application or server?

Yes. I first assess the current state, available documentation, access and technical risks. I then propose a handover plan, any necessary changes and options for ongoing administration.

What kinds of web applications do you develop?

I specialise in custom web applications using PHP, Symfony, MySQL and modern JavaScript. These may include internal business systems, customer portals, data interfaces or extensions to existing applications.

Can you integrate business and industrial systems?

Yes. Integration options depend on the devices, applications and interfaces involved. I review available APIs, protocols and data formats to design a reliable way to exchange data.

How does a penetration test work?

We first agree in writing on authorisation, scope and rules. I then test the agreed systems, assess the findings and recommend how to address the identified weaknesses.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity and support required. After an initial discussion and clarification of your needs, I prepare a tailored proposal. We agree on the scope and terms before work begins.

05 / Start with a conversation

Have a challenge?
Let’s solve
it together.

A new application, a more reliable server or systems that need to connect. Tell me what you are working on. Together, we will find the next step.
